For get the reservation you have to fill in the Reservation Form, sign it and send it to us. Please also send us the copy of the bank transfer of 30% of the amount of the requested surface and the inscription fee, without this document we cannot consider you officially exhibitor of our fair.

What is the cost to exhibit at APLIMATEC?
The inscription amounts to ? 480.-, a sq.m. of free floor-space to ? 131,50 and the sq.m. of floor-space + shell scheme system to ? 168,50 + 7% VAT.
What is the cost for my customers to enter APLIMATEC?
The entry to APLIMATECEVISAMA is for the trade only and is free cost of ? 10,-
How can I save on travel costs?
Contact us and we will send you special discount vouchers for Spanish trains(30%) and IBERIA airlines (25%).
How can I reserve hotel?
